G3NIUS is a youth-founded, youth-led technology help company serving people who want patient, practical support with the devices and connected technology they use every day.

What began as a creative merchandise brand has grown into something more useful: a company that helps people set up, troubleshoot, and understand their phones, tablets, computers, printers, smart TVs, streaming devices, connected appliances, and other home technology.

A different kind of tech help

G3NIUS is led by a Nashville high school student with the technical confidence to solve problems and the patience to explain what he is doing without making customers feel embarrassed or overwhelmed. Adult-supervised business operations support scheduling, payments, customer records, safety, and service quality.

We believe people are not “bad at technology.” Often, no one has taken the time to explain it properly.
