G3NIUS provides technology setup, education, and basic troubleshooting. Clear boundaries protect the customer, the young service provider, and the household.

G3NIUS can help with

• Compatible device setup and configuration
• Wi-Fi connection of customer-owned devices
• Basic troubleshooting and device testing
• Technology instruction and written follow-up guidance

G3NIUS does not perform

• Electrical work, hardwiring, construction, or work inside walls
• Heavy television or appliance mounting
• Licensed security installation or repair
• Repairs requiring disassembly beyond ordinary consumer setup
• Financial transactions or medical-account management for customers

Privacy

Customers enter their own passwords and sensitive information whenever possible. G3NIUS does not retain passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, door or alarm codes, banking details, medical credentials, or private files.

In-home appointments

In-home service is limited to an approved address within 50 miles of ZIP code 37189. Appointments must be scheduled and verified in advance. An adult business supervisor accompanies the 17-year-old G3NIUS technician to every in-home appointment. Work may stop when conditions are unsafe or the request falls outside the confirmed scope.
